Participated in a project to consolidate the buying of instant coffee with various major European retailers to increase the coffee quality for consumers of own-brand instant coffee products.
Research: yeast in grape must for wine production
Focused on agricultural interventions and natural conditions, from cover crops and fertilisation to sun exposure, altitude, and neighbouring vegetation, and their effect on white wine from Chasselas grapes.
